Consumer preference center allows you to (i) view the data Choreograph has collected about you (ii) Opt out from data-enabled marketing, and (iii) direct that Choreograph delete your personal information. Choreograph will honor and maintain your selections and reflect any updates in your data collection preference.

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request for any of the above options under the authority of a consumer, you will need to provide additional information to allow us to confirm your identity and verify such authorization. Any request by an authorized agent not accompanied by verifiable proof that she/he has been duly authorized by the consumer, or that does not provide any additional information requested, may be denied.
To submit a request (i) to know the specific information we collected about a consumer, (ii) to opt out of the sale of a consumer’s personal information on behalf of a consumer, and/or (iii) to delete information collected about a consumer, please send the request to privacy@choreograph.com.
